By downloading, installing, or using the WorkoutPro AI mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
WorkoutPro AI is a fitness planning and AI coaching mobile application that provides:
You may use the App in Guest Mode without creating an account. In Guest Mode, your data is stored locally on your device and is not backed up to our servers.
To access cloud sync and certain premium features, you may create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
The free plan includes core workout planning features, up to 5 AI coaching chats daily, and basic functionality with data stored locally on your device.

Premium features include unlimited AI coaching, unlimited habit tracking, advanced customization, cloud sync for workout plans, and priority AI processing.
Subscriptions are billed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Guest Mode data is stored locally on your device. Premium users' workout plans are synced to the cloud. Habit tracking and chat history remain on your device, with import/export features planned for future release.
When you use AI features, your queries may be processed by our AI systems to provide personalized responses and workout recommendations.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Important: WorkoutPro AI provides fitness recommendations and workout plans, but these are for informational purposes only. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from using our workout recommendations.
The App and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by WorkoutPro AI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkoutPro AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.
